You send one asset from any of 20+ networks, we route it across the deepest available liquidity, and ETH lands in your wallet on Robinhood Chain. It works in the other direction too: bridge off Robinhood Chain to any supported asset and chain. There is no account, no sign-up, and we never hold your funds.

Do I need to create an account or complete KYC?

No. parcel.cash is designed to be used without registration. You pick your pair, paste your receiving address, send your deposit, and track the order with the link you get. For the vast majority of swaps no identity verification is required. In rare cases flagged by our liquidity partners, additional checks may apply — see our AML policy.

How do I get assets onto Robinhood Chain?

Open the terminal — it already points at ETH on Robinhood Chain. Choose whatever you're sending (USDT on Tron, SOL, BTC, ETH on any L2), paste your Robinhood Chain address, and send the deposit. One hop, no intermediate swap, no account. Bridging back off Robinhood Chain is the same flow with the two sides reversed.

Parcel Points reward you for the volume you bridge. Every completed swap earns roughly 0.7 points per dollar, credited to your connected wallet automatically once the order settles — no registration, no claim step. Your balance accumulates as you use parcel, and you can see it any time on the $PARCEL page by connecting your wallet.

Can I choose which venue my order routes through?

Yes. The default Auto route compares the whole market and picks the best price, but the Route selector lets you pin an order to a specific venue — Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, Bitget, Gate.io, WhiteBit, BitMart, ChangeNOW, ChangeHero, FixedFloat, or Houdini. Every venue we list is verified working end to end.

For every quote we compare pricing across multiple liquidity providers and exchange networks, then route your order through the path that gives you the most on the other side after all fees. You always see the exact amount you'll receive before you commit — no hidden spread.

Question 8

What is the difference between a floating and a fixed rate?

Accepted Answer

A floating rate follows the market: it can move slightly up or down between the moment you create the order and the moment your deposit confirms, and it usually gives a marginally better price. A fixed rate locks the exchange rate the instant you create the order, so you know the exact amount you'll receive — as long as you deposit within the countdown window.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The quote you see already includes the network (withdrawal) fee and the service fee, both shown in the order breakdown. The amount displayed under 'You receive' is the amount that arrives in your wallet.

Is parcel.cash custodial? Do you hold my crypto?

Accepted Answer

parcel.cash is non-custodial by design. Funds pass through the exchange route only for the moment needed to complete your swap and are sent straight to the address you provide. We never store balances, and there is no wallet on parcel.cash that holds your assets.

What happens if something goes wrong with my order?

Accepted Answer

For fixed-rate orders you provide a refund address when you create the order. If the rate window expires, you underpay, or the route can't complete, your deposit is automatically returned there. For floating-rate orders our support team can help resolve any edge cases — reach out with your order ID.

How long does a swap take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the corridor. Bridging onto Robinhood Chain from stablecoins or another EVM chain usually settles in one to three minutes; from Solana it can be seconds. Bitcoin and other confirmation-heavy chains are bound by their own block times and can take 10–30 minutes. Every quote shows a live estimate before you commit, and your order page tracks it in real time.

I sent my deposit — how do I track it?

Every order has a live status page with a unique link. Keep that link (or your 8-character order ID) and you can return any time to watch it move from Pending → Confirming → Exchanging → Sending → Completed, with on-chain transaction links for both the deposit and the payout.

What if I send less than the minimum?

Accepted Answer

Each pair has a minimum deposit shown on the quote. If you send below it, the exchange may not be able to process the swap and the amount is returned to your refund address (fixed-rate) or handled by support (floating-rate). Always send at least the displayed minimum.
